LIMITED WARRANTY for REBAR TYING TOOLS
MAX USA CORP. (“MAX”) warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase at retail.
If this product should prove to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, MAX will at its sole option repair it or replace any defective part or parts, without charge to you. Any replacement part provided will carry a warranty for the balance of the period of warranty applicable to the part it replaces. The following parts are considered normal wearing parts and are not under this warranty: Wire guide (for instance Arm, Curl guide and Twist guide), Twister (for instance Hook), Motor, Cutter, Gear, Spring, Bumper, Cover, Protector and Battery.
For an evaluation of whether a defect covered by this warranty exists, and to obtain warranty service, you must take the product to the retailer or dealer where it was purchased, or deliver the complete product, transportation prepaid, to a MAX authorized service center, together with proof of purchase.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty dose not cover defects or damages caused by or resulting from accident, misuse (for instance, use in rain), abuse, neglect (for instance, neglect the maintenance required in operational manual), improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is valid only if all instructions contained in the operational manual are followed with care. This warranty also does not apply where repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than MAX and its authorized service centers; alterations have been made to the product using parts that do not meet Max specification, size or quality; or the products has used continuously despite partial failure.
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN IS LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MAX OR ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
PLEASE COMPLETE AND RETURN THE ENCLOSED WARRANTY REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE WITHIN THE NEXT TEN (10) DAYS TO INSURE THAT YOUR PURCHASE IS REGISTERED WITH MAX AND TO FACILITATE VERIFICATION OF THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
